东南网8月17日讯（福建日报通讯员 李海玥 游立成）8月的延平，热浪蒸腾。南平市延平区梅山街道超骧停车场扩容项目的工地上，混凝土浇筑已完成。项目施工负责人指着眼前的空间告诉记者：“别看场地不起眼，等年底交付使用，这里能多出18个车位。对老街坊来说，多一个车位，就少一份糟心。”
这句“多一个车位，就少一份糟心”，道出了周边居民最真切的心声，也是梅山街道持续推进辖区停车场提质惠民项目的出发点。

E | 为回应这一民生诉求，梅山街道与省延拓国有资产投资运营集团有限公司携手，对这片闲置地块实施全方位提质改造。如今，昔日荒废院落已变身标准化智慧停车场，精准对接居民日常停车与新能源车辆充电两大核心需求。 延兴金山路110号的停车场蝶变并非延平区个例，一场场“闲地焕新”的接力赛正在各个街道上演：四鹤街道新建社区鸡姆坑，曾经是杂草疯长、垃圾堆积、雨污混流的废弃地块，经过环境综合整治后，规划出16个居民专属月租车位，还贴心地加装停车棚防范高空坠物，停车场由社区自主代管，收益反哺日常保洁；水南街道则把目光投向新大桥北引桥下的边角地块，主动对接产权单位争取无偿使用，快速完成场地平整和安全设施布设，新增15个停车位，填补了老旧小区缺口，全部收益回流片区用于街巷环境提升。 从“闲地焕新”到“车位惠民”，延平区坚持“一地一策”分类推进，统筹多方力量，对闲置低效用地开展地毯式摸排与精准化改造。今年以来，全区多方联动、深挖潜力，已新增规范停车位149个。同时，各停车场运营收益在扣除必要成本后，反哺用于片区环境整治及公共设施管护，实现“取之于民、用之于民”。
